If customer has not paid bill within 90 days of invoicing, a lien will be applied to property where work was performed at the expense of the customer. Purchaser shall pay upon demand all Seller’s costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable fees for attorneys, agents and other retained by Seller, incurred in enforcing any of the obligations of Purchaser under this contract or in any litigation, negotiation or transaction in which Seller shall, without Seller’s fault, become involved through or on an account of this contract
